We have tried to make our online ordering system as simple as possible so you can easily make an order from the comfort of your own home:

1.    Send us an old or spare system to make a duplication

Three easy Steps to replicate an old Hair Replacement System:

1). Click " Replicate a hair system",  then complete the replication order online form by filling out all the required information .

 2). Print out and send us the Order Form and your Hair System.

 3). That’s it! We will process your order and keep you posted through the manufacturing process. You can also check in with us any time for updates.

2.    Send us a template and hair samples for reference.

Also three easy steps:

1). Making a template enables us to manufacture the hair system to fit you exactly and to replace hair in the necessary areas. A correct template ensures your hair replacement is totally undetectable and fits comfortably.

2). Taking hair samples from certain areas of your scalp ensures we can integrate the hair system to your natural hair in every way.

3). Click " Sending in template and hair samples", then complete the online order form and print out it, just send it in together with the template and hair samples.

After receiving your template, we can examine the template measurements, curvature and balding pattern. We keep all of your details on file making it easy for you make future orders, then all you need to to do is click the “Reorder” button.

3.    If you choose not to send in an old system or send in template and hair samples, then place an online order by filling in all the necessary details.

Lordhair enables you to order online, select a base style that suits, then fill in the online order form by selecting your requirements. As soon as you submit the order form, we recieve it. A Lordhair customer service member will be in touch with you to confirm all the details. It's so simple.

4.    Repair a hair system 

Three steps to order a repair service:

 1). Click " Repair a hair system",  then complete the repair online order form by filling out all the required information.

 2). Pring out and send us the Order Form and your Hair System.

 3). Done! As soon as we receive your system, our customer service member will contact you to confirm all the repair details to make sure everything is in order.
